Little Bird Crochet Pattern

The sun is shining and the birds are twittering so I thought I'd share this Little Bird Crochet Pattern with you. Its a great way to use up odds and ends of scrap yarn and the little birds can be made into brooches, appliques for hats, bags, sweater, bunting - the list is endless.

These instructions make a little bird that is approx. 3” wide. By varying the hook and yarn size you could have a whole flock of interesting creations. If made with a fine hook and embroidery thread, they would make a cute pair of earrings too!
